We just started out Winter schedule! The early morning class has moved inside, we now meet in the hanger of building 30. Also our evening class is now on hiatus until Spring.
Our boot camp is located at the beautiful Magnuson Park in NE Seattle right on Lake Washington. We offer early morning, lunch time, and evening classes for your convenience.
Our workouts are designed for every body, whether you’re young or older, male or female, if you’re just getting back into it or are an avid exerciser. We have created workouts that have lower impact and intensity options, as well as options to take your fitness level up a notch or 5!
Our goal is to create a fun, positive atmosphere while providing you workouts that are constantly mixing it up, and keeping your body on it’s toes to avoid plateaus. We incorporate calistetics, plyometrics, agility, toning, core strengthening, and pilates and yoga. The results are a leaner, stronger, more flexible, and fit you! So whether you’re just trying to be healthier or improve your performance for your next marathon or triathlon, Get Fit! Boot Camp is for you!
